
Board Members
The Board of Directors is comprised of nineteen members serving staggered terms. These elected leaders of the CoC volunteer their time to support the work the CoC is doing within our Community. The main responsibility of the Board is to act on behalf of the CoC and ensure the CoC is acting in accordance with 24 CFR §578.1 Purpose and Scope of the Interim Rule of the HEARTH Act of 2009 and working closely with designated Collaborative Applicant/Administrative Entity to fulfill responsibilities of the Continuum of Care as detailed in 24 CFR §578.7 and 24 CFR §578.9 of the HEARTH Act of 2009 Interim Rule.
